Ana launched her successful hospitality career with Premier World Marketing-Casa de Campo, in the Dominican Republic in early 1990's and later with the leading All Inclusive hotel chain of the country, Amhsa Hotels & Resorts where she occupied several management positions with successful achievements at all levels in the front-line customer relationship (Guest Service Manager, Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager).
Late in 1990's she continued her ascending career working for top branded international hotels (Windham / Hilton), the New Yorker Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria of New York. She was promoted as Corporate Revenue Analyst for Hilton Hotels Corporation at the Revenue Consolidate Hotel Center in Dallas, Texas.

In 2007 she joined Expedia one of the most recognized brands in the hospitality industry as the Marketing Manager responsible for the States of Louisiana and Mississippi, managing New Orleans as the top market with over 200 hotels. With her years of success bringing sales up, Ana was selected to manage the Greater Texas area including Austin, Corpus Christi, South Padre Island and the Rio Grande Valley. She continues to bring year after year sales increases to major markets, her name is well known for building great partnership and creative strategies in all Hotel Industry market segments.
Since early 2005 Ana dedicates part of her time doing consulting and helping other to success. Manhattan Hotel Market Overview. This was a team work with HVS International and New York University. Another one that Ana enjoyed greatly was working with Deloitte and again New York University in the Hospitality 2010 . Ana also loves writing Hotel Operational Manuals and one the biggest accomplishment was when she created the Rooms Division Operational Manual for The New Yorker Hotel.
With all this and after years with an impeccable record of achievements in revenue growth through tactical eBusiness distribution management she founded Hotel Revenue Management Consultants to provide innovative and well experienced revenue management solutions for hotels and resorts that needs cost-effective competitive advantage. Shaping its vision for fast-paced growth in the full-service hotel sector.
Ana holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Tourism from Central East University (Universidad Central del Este, UCE) in the Dominican Republic. She also has a Master of Science in Hospitality Industry Studies with a concentration in Revenue Management and Strategic Marketing from New York University.

Ana enjoys her work and is involved with many activities and volunteer projects related to her career. Ana was thrilled to be a guest speaker at New York University where she lectured at "Principles of the Lodging Industry" class.
